Mrs. Jackie Lanell Gaylor

Mrs. Jackie Lanell Gaylor, age 65, passed away, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 peacefully at her home in Brewton, AL; surrounded by her family. She was born in Mobile, AL; and has resided most of her life in the Baldwin and Escambia County areas. She was a member of Booneville Baptist Church. Mrs. Gaylor valued her time she got to spend with her family. She enjoyed cooking for her family, traveling, visiting closed bridges and waterfalls. When she met Dave, she finally found what the meaning of Love was and he showed her the world. She is preceded in death by her mother, Narvell McGhee, grandparents, Gurthey Dean and Ola Mae McGhee. She is survived by her father, Rev. Ron R. (Peggy) McGhee Sr, of Booneville, AL; her loving husband of ten years, David Gaylor Sr; of Brewton, AL; one son, Patrick (Ulla) Gaylor, of Prattville, AL; one daughter, Jennifer Renee (Billy) Joiner, of Bay Minette, AL; two brothers, Ronald (Tanna) McGhee Jr; of Dothan, AL; Jim (Joanne) McGhee, of Dothan, AL; two sisters, Rhonda (Richard) Daniels, of Huxford, AL; Kimberly (Terry) Kelly, of Atmore, AL; four grandchildren, Alex Gaylor, Noble Joiner, Larry Joiner, Amy Joiner, one great- grandchild, Wayne Prescott Joiner, numerous nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Booneville Baptist Church with Bro. David Atchinson officiating. Burial will follow at Booneville Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Booneville Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Billy Joiner, Noble Joiner, Larry Joiner, Patrick Gaylor, Timothy Daniels, and Matthew Daniels. Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes, LLC. Atmore, AL. is in charge of all arrangements.
